Use of a car? Yes, on duty
Essential: NVQ Level 2 or above, brain injury experience

About this client:
Anna is a vivacious, young at heart lady with a great sense of humour who enjoys arts and crafts, going to the cinema, church, visits to the seaside and gardening. She is an animal lover and has a cat, fish and chickens. She enjoys being active and has a hydro pool in her home as well as having weekly sessions with a personal trainer. Anna sustained a brain injury following a road traffic accident which has resulted in her having difficulties with balance, mobility and cognitive impairment. Anna requires 24/7 support and has a wonderful Multi-Disciplinary Team which consists of a personal trainer, music therapist, psychologist and support workers. She also attends the local Brain Matters support group.

Overview of Role:
We are looking for a friendly caring Female* Support Worker to join Anna’s dedicated team and enable her to live as independently as possible. As Anna’s Support Worker, you will provide practical, emotional, and holistic support, assisting with all aspects of Anna’s care plan and rehabilitation programme. You will be an advocate for Anna, enabling her to live a fulfilling life and continue to participate in her hobbies. This is a part-time position with fixed shifts on a 4-week rolling rota. More shifts available to cover sickness and annual leave. 

Shifts available are from 7.45am to 4.00pm

Week 1: Saturday .

Week 2: Tuesday 

Week 3: Saturday
