About this client/child:
Eliza is a professional in her early thirties working full-time and living independently with the assistance of her care team in South West London. Eliza is a full-time wheelchair user seeking a full-time Support Worker / PA to provide 1:1 support.  

Overview of role:
As Eliza’s Support Worker / PA you will assist with practical tasks, such as helping to get dressed, personal/medical care, makeup, hair, etc. and help Eliza keep on top of the housekeeping, shopping, general life admin, as well as assisting with her physio programme. The role is live-in while on shift and you will have free time during the day when Eliza is working; you will essentially be on-call to assist Eliza during the day as and when required. When Eliza is out socializing, or on weekends away, you will not be required to join her, however, you will still be paid for your time, and will remain on call.

The rota is set, and the Support Worker / PA will work a 2-week rota based on the hours below:
Shifts pattern week 1
Wednesday 12.00pm Midday to Saturday 10.00am
Shift pattern week 2
Thursday 8.00am to Monday 10.00am

There is also the option of working one week on/one week off should this be preferred.
