About this client:
Edward is an older gentleman who sustained a brain injury resulting in complex medical care needs and cognitive impairment. He enjoys the garden, watching comedy TV and swimming. He is supported by a very dedicated family members and care team. We are looking for a highly experienced Care Team Leader to ensure smooth and efficient running of his care package.

Overview of role:
In this role you will be you will be responsible for the general team leading duties and managing the support team under the direction of the case management company. You will conduct supervisions, manage rotas, update the care plans and risk assessments, and ensure that the team are providing the highest standard of care and support. You will be able to work flexibly over 7 days per week, additional overtime shifts working directly with our client are available. 35 hours of Team Leading duties per week, £14.50 gross per hour.

This job will suit an experienced and organised candidate who is adaptable to the different aspects of this role. You will be a confident manager of people with excellent communication skills and a team-player, liasing and working alongside everyone involved in our client’s care. You need to have the ability to manage large teams, have strong administrative skills and have excellent knowledge and experience of brain injury and understand the importance of facilitating and promoting a client’s independence.
