About this client/child:
Jack aged 19 enjoys music, films and socialising. He especially enjoys attending Nottingham Forest Football with his father. Jack requires full support with all his care needs.

Overview of role:
As Jack’s Support Worker your role includes delivering personal care, administering medication, moving and handling, feeding, accessing social and leisure activities and carrying out therapy programmes. Training in specific duties will be provided. The role will involve some domestic work. The family home has been fully adapted with ceiling hoists and swimming pool. A car can be provided for you to use when on duty. The family are happy to consider Support Worker’s who can offer hours from 18 + hours per week.
