Part-Time SEN Nanny / Manny
Location: Motspur Park, KT3
Wage/Salary: £17.00 - £20.00 Gross per Hour, depending on experience
Essential: Experience supporting a young person/child with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Days & Hours: Term-time: 16 hours over 3 afternoons per week including 4 hours every other Saturday. School holidays: 3 x 8-hour shifts. Flexibility is available on the working hours and days offered for the right candidate.

About our client:
Joshua is 9 years old and lives at home with his Mummy and Daddy. He is a kind, caring, and charming young man with a love for exploring and playing outdoors, nature walks, messy play, and swimming. Joshua has Autistic Spectrum Condition and ADHD; he uses PECS to communicate. He attends a specialist school that is local to the family home.

Overview of role:
The SEN Nanny / Manny will support Joshua with his afterschool routine, including school pick-ups (3-minute walk from the family home), play games, reading, organise fun and educational activities, implement therapies and assist with the bedtime routine. Typical Nanny responsibilities such as cooking and light household duties related to Joshua will be included. The SEN Nanny / Manny will continually promote Joshua’s self-help and independence skills, supporting and prompting Joshua with his toilet training, and personal care routine.
