About this client:
Jake (8) is a charming, smiley and active little boy who loves keeping busy. He enjoys being outside, going on trips, and swimming is his favourite activity.  He also enjoys playing on his phone and watching TV. Jake has Cerebral palsy; he is mobile but requires support at all times. He is currently receiving support from physiotherapists, speech and language and occupational therapist and other professionals.

Overview of role:
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and caring support workers to join Jake’s dedicated team. In this role you will be assisting Jake with all parts of his daily routine, engage him with age-appropriate activities, and follow and implement his therapy programs in a fun and playful way. Term-time: Monday to Friday, 4.00pm to 8.00pm, Saturday and Sundays, and school holidays: 8.00am to 8.00pm. £15.00 gross per hour, £17.00 gross per hour. Who this job would suit:
This role will suit friendly, proactive, and motivated support worker who has a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs and promoting their independence. You will be a team player, have good sense of humour and be flexible. You will enjoy working in a home environment and be enthusiastic to learn new skills. A non-smoker and a confident driver with their own car are essential for this role.
