About this child:
Owen (13) is a charming and active boy with the biggest smile. He loves skiing, swimming, being out and about and spending time with his siblings and family. He attends an amazing specialist school which he really enjoys. Owen has cerebral palsy and complex medical needs, he is non verbal however can clearly express his likes and dislikes. 

Overview of role:
Owen receives 2:1 support from agency care workers. You will be required to work closely with the agency manager to ensure smooth running of the care package, assist with recruiting, managing rota and support with training and general team leading duties. You are not required to cover shifts but there will be opportunity to work bank hours if you wish. Up to £15.00 gross per hour depending on experience, 40 hours per week.

This job will suit a flexible and enthusiastic candidate with good organizational skills and experience managing care teams. You need to have excellent communication skills and be a team player, you will be working closely with mum, Owen’s support workers and liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
